A balanced, accessible, cathedral-ceilinged blank slate that accomodates a vast range of floor plans, our 800 sits squarely at the nexus of pragmatic design: a holistic solution to structural, economic, spatial, and adjustability considerations. Ideal for 1-4 occupants. If you broad-stroke the ideal house, it’ll likely wind up looking a lot like the 800.
Most often arranged as a 2 Bed, 2 Bath solution, but we’ve seen everything from a timberframe hermitage to a full-time family of four shoehorned into this same format.
As always, we suggest Height and Light as a design solution; giving away a little of the second floor to a double-height space rewards dividends in terms of percieved space on this compact footprint. See example floorplans below.
